Beef, white and green onions, potatoes, carefully spiced with a generous amount of Argentine Aji.
3. Pollo
Our chicken empanada is undoubtedly one of our best sellers. It combines white onions, red, green and yellow peppers, fresh cheese and a tasty combination of spices. Simply delicious.
4. Bondiola
Authentic and flavorful, made with pork slow-cooked in dark beer, sweet mustard and combined with green apple, fresh leek, onions and the finishing touch of El Chaltén.
5. Patagonica
Inspired by the well-known Argentine culinary tradition of Patagonian lamb ("Cordero Patagonico"), we cook it slowly with Malbec wine, white and green onions, carrots, potatoes and spices.
6. Jamón y Queso
A simple but very tasty ham and cheese empanada, with comté, mozzarella and emmental cheeses. Deliciously simple.
7. Savoyana
This empanada was created to honor the history between Haute Savoie and Argentina. Cooked with 4 local cheeses, potatoes and smoked bacon. So many flavors!
